I haven't looked at/analyzed the dump file - other techs might help you out with that (especially in the BSOD forum here at SysNative) - and jcgriff might visit here again with some insights, since you updated the error logs. it has not problems installing into another computer that is using the same operating system. I have to unplug out of the computer to stabilize the system I check the Webcam by installing it a different computer. I even cold booted left the webcam plugged in, the system will operate for about 60 seconds and then goes right back to BSOD. It now just happens when I plug the webcam in. it is no longer occurring when I enter skype. The moment I plug the device in it goes right to the BSOD. ![]() In this case that information is never presented. Usually the computer tells me on the splash screen that I suffered a castrophic error and if I would like to see the data. it states it gathering information and brings me right back to the login in screen. ![]() once I plug in the Webcam it goes straight to the BSOD. ![]()
